admire the stunning artworks of the property, displayed by the owner of the place, the NY based collector and gallerist Lio Malca. For Casa Malca, Büro Constance Breton has developed a communication strategy aiming to leverage the
awareness of this exceptional art retreat amongst a specific targeted audience of art influencers, lifestyles ambassadors, A-celebrities, and carefully selected media. Büro Constance Breton chose to promote the hotel through a series
of spread out high end bespoke intimate events with an « artistic » where these art insiders guests can experience Casa Malca in an intimate environment and amongst like minded individuals. In December 2015, Büro Constance Breton organized
« Decompress Tullum », an event which took place right after the end of the art fair Art Basel Miami. and which allowed an exclusive number of guests to decompress at Casa Malca after the frenzy of the art fair. 20 VIPs, collectors,
artists, curators, journalists got to enjoy for three days the magic of Casa Malca and Tullum without fully leaving fully the art world.
